Yes, we admit pets of up to 12kg in our apartments at an additional cost per night. However, pets are strictly prohibited in our hotel rooms.
Do you have air conditioner?
Our hotel rooms include air conditioner. Our apartments Los Arces and Solamaza do not have air conditioner.
Are the apartments and hotel accessible with a baby stroller?
Yes, all our buildings have an elevator. We also have an accessible ramp to the cafeteria.
Do you have a restaurant at the facility?
Yes, we have a café where you can enjoy breakfast, as well as a restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace. A buffet breakfast is available for an additional charge. High chairs for smaller children are available in the dining area.
Is there a washing machine and dryer available?
The Hotel and Apartments Los Arces have a common laundry room which you can use for an additional fee. The apartments Solamaza have an individual washing machine available.
